§ Lead the integrated manufacturing team and our external partners to deploy high-value IM solutions globally across multiple OC business units, and manufacturing sites.
§ Responsibilities included a set of solutions for OC’s global composites business which will deliver an anticipated $18mm in annual savings with one-time $8 mm expenditure.
§ Defined OC’s current architecture and strategy for integrating control systems, IM solutions and SAP processes.
§ Responsible for identifying opportunities to leverage IM solutions develop business cases and gain approval to develop/deploy.
Deployment Capability Leader, Corporate Information Systems – 1998 to 2000
§ Accountable for providing the tools, templates and methodologies to enable successful deployment of IS deliverables across the entire ERP system.
§ Provided deployment planning and leadership for several major SAP deployments including CSB Europe, Polyfoam, and CSB NA. Deployment included leading large teams focused on training, help desk activities, and gap analysis.
Project Manager, Corporate Information Systems
Advantage 2000 Manufacturing Team – 1996 to 1998
§ Participated in what was at that time one of the most aggressive implementations of a corporate-wide SAP solution.
§ Primarily responsible for the life-cycle development and deployment for the manufacturing track of SAP PP and several custom applications.
§ Led the manufacturing solution rollout for the building materials group in the UK.
§ Defined the OC integrated manufacturing strategy upon which our current architecture and solutions are based.

§ Led a variety of business and manufacturing systems analysis, design, development and deployment projects in addition to carrying out exploratory work with expert systems and control systems integration.
Operations Manager (Granville Data Center) – 1986 to 1987
§ Direct personnel responsibility for all technical, operations, network support and help desk staff.
§ Direct responsibility for all aspects of data center operation.
§ Final assignment was to close the data center and consolidate operations with the corporate data center in Toledo, OH.
Technical Specialist (Granville Data Center) – 1984 to 1986
§ Appointments to this position required nomination and approval of senior IS leadership.
§ Provided technical consultation to the corporate IS staff.
§ Developed and managed a major project to re-align the workload across the corporate data centers resulting in an annual documented savings in excess of $1mm.
Systems Programming and Telecommunications Supervisor (Granville Data Center) - 1979 to 1983
§ Direct responsibility for the data center technical staff and for the deployment and support of the entire data center mainframe and telecommunications environment.
§ Responsibilities included multiple VM/370 processors and their operating systems (DOS/VS, VS/1, MVS, VM/370), telecommunications front-end processors, multiple CICS applications, performance monitoring and tuning, hardware and software migration planning.
