Supervised and achieved a successful migration from Dual IBM 7000 Mainframe series system to newly client server configured 4-Digital Alpha System w/optics. System operating environment was proprietary to the Detroit Medical Center.

Contracted to Child Support Enforcement System Implementation Project Team as a Business Analyst and Project Coordinator responsible for internal business process coordination, requirements gathering, budget reporting, Project-Wide Process development, and documentation. (Toolbook and MS-Project Tools). Reporting directly to the Project Manager of this $90 Million Dollar federally mandated project.
Technical Operations Manager – Macomb County – State of Michigan Child Support Enforcement System
(CSES). Directly responsible and supervisor for process definition/implementation and complete technical operation for the Third largest County CSES site in the state of Michigan. This position demanded direct user interface for determining user requirements and the hardware/Software migration, planning and implementation of the CSES system into the county court system - location.
Additional responsibility: this position required LAN/WAN routing connectivity upgrade, planning, and maintenance of the local data center operation into the CSES project headquartered in Lansing Michigan. Responsible for the Macomb County CSES Disaster recovery policy and documentation.
Technical Operations Manager – Wayne County – State of Michigan Child Support Enforcement System
(CSES). Directly responsible and supervisor for process definition/implementation and complete technical operation for the largest CSES site in the state of Michigan. This para-project location required skills in Software/Hardware refreshes for an over 1200 node LAN/WAN network with the technical integration, maintenance, and support documentation of 18 “off site” Family Independence Agency (FIA) (FOC - Friend of the Court) locations.
Additionally this position required the technical migration of an antiquated (legacy) system to a new client server environment. This was achieved via running system development and QA testing in a “parallel” mode.

Contracted - Year 2000 Project (Y2K) - Responsible for complete analysis of Kmart’s National hardware technical infrastructure. Complete Deliverable: Planned and developed complete technical business strategy for year 2000 conversion. Developed a contingency seven year archive retrieval system and was a contributor to the design, implementation, and documentation of K-Marts national Y2K technical disaster recovery plan.
Business Analyst – Computer Engineer Hayworth Furniture, Holland, Michigan - Compuware Corporation
Year 2000 Project (Y2K) - Responsible for complete technical analysis of Hayworth’s international LAN and WAN system headquartered in Holland, Michigan.
Position required direct interface and requirements interviewing/gathering of all infrastructure and departmental executives (as well as all technical SME’s) in an effort to develop and deliver a technical business plan timeline for complete Hayworth system backup, restoration, and archived data retrieval prior to Y2K rollover.
