	Designed, managed the development and implementation of COCOXT an engine to support the Internet exchange activities of B2B and B2C buyers and sellers and provide the activities to complete the transaction including providing integration into a single source for the value added services of financing, escrow, insurance, inspection, appraisal and others.

SANWA BANK CALIFORNIA - IS Director for Distributed Computing Services (all Client Server Applications)

	Project Manager for the implementation of Siebel Enterprise and Siebel Finance 99.5 with responsibilities for contract negotiations, functional analysis, training, hardware rollout, legacy application data feeds (using EIM and Assignment Manager), and implementation in over seventy departments in over forty cities.
	Manager for the compliance of Year 2000 readiness for over one hundred and fifty (150) client/server applications.
	Manager for the development of various ORACLE based client/server applications including Cash Management Central Information File, wholesale currency international banknotes trading, IS service requests, and flood insurance applications.

Management Consultant				    		                         

	Project Manager for the implementation of numerous telecommunications data products and data product enhancements including National and custom ISDN (client server ORACLE), Access Reform for Primary Rate ISDN (MVS DB2), managing frame relay customers, and SMDS.
	Implemented an MRP project nine months ahead of schedule on an IBM mainframe using MVS.  Project eliminated numerous legacy applications, reduced errors and  saved the Marine Division of Westinghouse from penalties and potential loss of contracts worth millions of dollars.  Annual savings from operational efficiencies estimated at $5 Million.
	Project Manager for multiple Year 2000 Compliance projects for manufacturing and financial applications in support of strategic planning and transaction processing.   Projects required the coordination of a combination of IBM and DEC applications including use of AIX and ORACLE on an RISC 6000, VAX Basic, file transfers among applications, and the IBM mainframe.
	Member of the Core Team that selected SAP.  Designed the integration of the SAP with the internal legacy applications for inventory, customer forecasting, and order management for the Sales and Distribution (SD) module that also included parts of Production Planning (PP).
	Implemented an application for eight field areas to begin forecasts of sales volumes by trimester; a prototype forecasting tool to assist the distribution network and a prototype of the applications for store level sales data capture and evaluation.  This application was developed using an ORACLE database on a DEC Alpha processor. 
	Developed and implemented the three-year strategic plan for Information Technology Applications Development for Coors Brewing Company. 
	Saved Coors in excess of $12 Million through business process re-engineering of logistics.  Achieved goal of minimal stock outs at retail in addition to the dollar savings.  Received the Coors President's Award for the results of the project.

 
FIRST INTERSTATE BANK
Vice President and Manager/Electronic Payments			              

	Increased departmental productivity by over 30%.  Accuracy improved to 99.8%, losses reduced from over $700,000 to less than $30,000 in one year.  Implemented over 50 enhancements in two years.  Reduced staff from 144 to 90.  Selected as one of the Top One Hundred Managers at First Interest Bank.
	Improved level of accuracy of all manual tasks from 93% to 99.8%.  Developed standards for each position and trained staff to achieve high performance levels.
	Managed implementation of the Federal Reserve Bank policy to reduce systematic risk in the payment systems.  Changes to all the applications were completed and implemented three months early.  All departments were trained and ready prior to the changes taking place. First Interstate had no violations related to Payment System Risk Compliance.

President and Consultant							               
	Provided successful consulting services to implement the Wire Transfer project that had been through eight project managers and several million dollars without results. Reviewed  project status and developed an implementation schedule and implemented the project.  Hired  by First Interstate as a Vice President.
	Consultant to YKK America to evaluate alternatives and implement a solution to the manual accounting processes being performed that reduced processing time from 20 business days to three.  

TMI SYSTEM CORPORATION
Senior Manager								                

	Marketed the IBM wire transfer application to 3 major banks resulting in a total sale of $3.5 Million.  Manager of the three concurrent wire transfer application implementations, developed project plans for implementation of the application at each location. Projects implemented successfully.

MARINE MIDLAND BANK
Assistant Vice President							               	

	Wire Transfer Manager for Domestic Wire Services, CHIPS, and Telex.  Member of the US advisory committee for SWIFT message processing.
	Consolidated ten wire transfer departments to three. Designed first automated Federal Reserve Wire Transfer and Securities Transfer System on an IBM mainframe for multiple user locations.
