STARS© (Student Tracking And Registration System) is a web-based Child Accounting System created by the Department of Information Technology and exclusively owned by Baltimore County Public Schools.  
STARS© replaces the current Universal System Interface (mainframe) as well as The Elementary School System-“TESS” (Columbia System).  The major advantage of STARS© is the elimination of maintaining dual databases for the storage of student data.     Additionally, student information on STARS© can be “shared” among users through a notification system that has been nonexistent until now.  This provides for greater utilization of student data by schools during transfers.

Hospitals provide information about all hospitals that have been registered with us. Healthcare provides online transaction of different medicines of different companies.
